Primero. Confirmar los fallos proferidos pro el Juzgado Veintiuno Penal del Circuito de Medellín y del Tribunal Superior -Sala de Decisión Penal de Medellín, mediante los cuales se negó el amparo solicitado por el señor JUAN HERNÁNDEZ MONSALVE en calidad de agente oficioso de su esposa LUZ AMPARO TOBON GIRALDO, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia".
